You are more than welcome to use your own shipping provider; however this would not fall underneath our free shipping policy as you will need to arrange the pick-up and payment to your shipping provider directly, and not via Soul Ceramics LLC.
Shipping companies will generally need shipping dimensions and the weight of your package, which can usually be found on the product page of our website. These are approximate as the manufacturer may change their packaging - but it should get you to a rough idea for the quote you'll receive from the freight forwarder. If you cannot find these - please do reach out to our support team and we'd be happy to provide this for you.
