All Evenheat and Jenken kilns, heat treat, and knife ovens are made to order. The exact lead time will depend on how many orders are currently in their queue to be manufactured. Orders have shipped as fast as 3 weeks, and have taken as long as 7 weeks in the past. But on average, Jen-Ken takes around ~4-5 weeks and Evenheat ~6 weeks.
Unfortunately there is nothing Soul Ceramics can do to speed up how quickly a kiln is built; all lead times are estimates and we are not often provided with an update until the order ships.
